What will you learn in this training?
The training is designed as LLM-moderiertes Einzelcoaching and is divided into three modules plus a wrap-up. No lecturing, no reading slides aloud — you work with your own study material from the very first minute.🔷 Module A – How learning really works (BL-04 to BL-17)
You learn why “understood” and “retained” are two entirely different things, and how the illusion of recognition deceives you systematically. You work your way through five methods backed by hard evidence: Active Recall (Roediger & Karpicke 2006: 50 % better retention through self-testing), Spaced repetition with Anki, the Feynman technique, brain dump and interleaving. Plus: the three-question self-diagnosis, practising with past exam papers, and a study plan that fits your life. At the end, a knowledge check with six questions.🔷 Module B – AI as a Learning Partner, Not a Solution Dispenser (BL-19 to BL-27)
This is where the research comes in. Two studies show what AI does to learning: the nuanced one (Bastani et al. 2024) — unrestricted AI access made exam results worse, while a tutor version with guardrails did not — and the cautionary one (Kosmyna et al. 2025, MIT). You get to know the spectrum of use between solution dispenser and Socratic coach, the golden rule for using AI while studying, what AI is good at and what it is not (hallucinations!), and how to write good prompts instead of bad ones. The centrepiece. Instead of programming a learning tutor yourself, you get a ready-made standard prompt with 8 components: response rules, control rules, the flow of a session, the three-question test, an emergency brake, prohibitions, session end and start sequence. The common thread: You and your own learning material
This training has no fictional character as its common thread — the main person is you. From Module A onwards you bring in your own subject and topic: a maths exam, French vocabulary, anatomy for the intermediate exam, an accounting certificate, a programming course. The AI trainer builds every example and exercise on that.
